As the saying goes, “It went right to my hips!”—some of us may find it a bit more challenging to maintain our weight. The good news is that science shows us that by maintaining a slight calorie deficit of 300-500 calories from your daily maintenance level and choosing nutrient-dense foods, you can shed those extra pounds. Sometimes, we truly need to put in the effort to achieve the results we desire. Isn’t it more rewarding to know you worked hard for your success? Personally, I lost most of my weight without meticulously counting calories. Any change from a sedentary lifestyle will yield some results. Initially, I maintained my diet based on how I felt, but eventually hit a plateau. While I had toned up, I wasn't as defined as I wanted to be, so I decided to start tracking my intake.
